Described as ‘a manager and more’ Ezdra is always on hand to help with anything at Wilbury Gardens, She is always giving her all, and excelling in all areas.
Although relatively new to her role, Ezdra quickly earned the appreciation and gratitude of her team and people she supports. Previously the Deputy Manager, she already knew the house very well but has ‘stepped up’ admirably.
With an open-door policy, Ezdra encourages and supports her team and those that live at Wilbury Gardens to ‘be the best we can’ every day. Her skill and dedication to the role are clear in the three nominations she received from Support Workers in the team.
One says: “Ezdra does such an amazing job behind the scenes that the team don’t even realise. She has such an amazing understanding of everyone at Wilbury Gardens and empowers both team members and the people who live here every day. She excels at being a manager and is everything in the meaning of the word.”
Amazing induction
Another team member praises Ezdra for the thoroughness of her induction while joining the team through a temp to perm process. “I have never had such a great induction and worked with such a brilliant team and I feel this is all down to the support from above – our manager Ezdra.”
In response to receiving the award, Ezdra says: “I cannot put into words how extremely touched I was to receive this award from Team Wilbury. It has been quite a journey for me navigating my new role, and the support from my colleagues has been incredible.
“To receive this validation gives me the drive to keep going, and be the best I can be for my amazing team, and all who live at Wilbury.
“Thank you all so much, I am extremely lucky to have such a brilliant team at my side.”
