Paul Rose is Maintenance Team Leader and it is clear that he is extremely popular with both team members and people we support.
Paul’s dedication to his role is evident and nothing is every too much trouble and he is always prepared to go the extra mile. Paul has a natural warmth, a wonderful sense of humour, and has a great rapport with our teams and people supported.
In the case of an emergency, teams turn to Paul and this was recently evident with Storm Eunice when there was no power at some of our homes. Paul took time out from his evening and days off to ensure that teams and people supported were kept warm, safe, and supported.

Paul is very modest and a true unsung hero. Paul recognises the difference between having a job and genuinely caring about the people he does the job for. Paul is kind in the true sense of the word and goes about his day-to-day business not realising that the small things and actions he takes have a positive impact of the people about him.
