Thoughtfully designed for independent living

This supported living home in Spalding supports adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and autism spectrum conditions as part of a transitional model of support. People are supported to pursue a wide range of activities, which include attending educational courses at local colleges.

Our philosophy is one of person-centred support, which builds choice and independence, enabling people to develop and maintain skills to give them opportunities and freedom to be as independent as possible. We will support people to make informed choices and manage risks so that there is a continuous path of progress for each person.

What we offer

A safe and supportive place

This home has six self-contained flats, as well as a three-bedroom shared house. The flats themselves have their own en-suite and open-planned kitchen and lounge so people can increase their independence within a supportive environment.

The home is only a short distance from the centre of Spalding, which is a bustling market town with excellent local amenities such as shops, pubs and restaurants.

Lifestyle

People lead very active lives here and are supported to participate in a wide range of activities that can help increase social and communication skills. This includes aqua fit, day centre activities, evening groups, bingo, gym sessions and swimming, to name a few. The home also supports people to enjoy a variety of day trips such as going to the zoo, seaside and trips into London.

The home regularly hosts a variety of events and activities throughout the year.
