Heacham is a quiet area predominantly inhabited by retired residents. There are lots of local amenities for people supported to access. For larger supermarkets, clothing stores, home stores, and other shops, you’ll need to travel to King’s Lynn, which is about a 35-minute drive on a quiet day. Travel time can increase significantly during the summer months due to busy traffic on the A47.

What we offer

The ground-floor features an open-plan layout with the kitchen being the only room separated by a door from the living and dining area. Additional amenities include a porch, conservatory, and garage.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two doubles and one small single. The bathroom includes a shower-over-bath. Stairs lead directly from the living area with no wall or door for separation.

The front and rear gardens are gravelled with a few shrubs, and the wooden decking seen in photos has been removed. A driveway is also available.

Lifestyle

People living here lead active lives and get involved in various activities in the home and in their wider community. This helps increase social skills as well as confidence.

People are also supported with developing and building confidence in important life skills such as budgeting, meal preparation, laundry, and domestic skills, increasing independence.

We encourage and support people to identify and maintain education, volunteering, and/or paid work placements, too.
