What we offer

This home is located in North Wembley, is a newly renovated supported living home featuring six individual flats. Five of the rooms are equipped for the use of a shower trolley, while one room is slightly smaller and suited for those who require a shower chair. Each room includes a private bathroom, and all are fitted with ceiling track hoists to ensure safe and comfortable support for people with mobility needs.

The home also offers convenient parking space in front for visitors and team members.

Our specialist team is fully trained in supporting individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD) and brings extensive experience in delivering high-quality, tailored care to meet the complex needs of each person supported.
