Oakwell was developed in collaboration with the local authority and commissioning groups to create purpose-built homes that align with the Transforming Care Agenda. This initiative aims to reduce hospital placements and enable individuals with higher support needs to live independently within the community.

At Oakwell, we provide specialist support for adults with borderline personality disorder, emotionally unstable personality disorder, autism spectrum conditions, and attachment disorders, ensuring a safe and structured environment that promotes stability and well-being.
