London Community Care and Support Services is an outreach service that delivers personal care and support to people who have a hearing impairment in their own homes.

The team supporting have a person-centred approach. People are supported by a small team with whom they develop positive and supportive relationships with.

We recognise people’s diversity and promote this, treating everyone as an individual. People’s autonomy, privacy and dignity is always respected by the team, who are well-trained and skilled.

We’re here to help when a person needs support with particular aspects of day-to-day life, such as managing money, staying healthy, cooking, taking part in the community, or going to college.

We learn about each person’s interests, needs and aims, and their preferred method of communication so that we can help them to achieve their goals. That may mean we support a person to develop or relearn skills so they can live more independently in the future. We can also provide personal care wherever needed.
