Hillcrest 3 is a residential home for adults with autism spectrum conditions, mental health needs, and behaviours that may challenge and additional complext needs. We take a person-centred planning approach, tailored to individual needs and focused on achieving positive outcomes. Our dedicated team members work closely with people supported, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of support.
People supported are encouraged to live as independently as possible, while also engaging in meaningful activities that enhance their lives. We assist individuals in identifying and maintaining work placements, education, and/or volunteering opportunities, as well as encouraging active participation in the wider community.
