At Achieve together, we celebrate the incredible dedication of our team members who go above and beyond to support people to live happy, fulfilling lives. This month, we are proud to recognise Nicola Jejna, Practice Lead at Mandalay, as our February Team Member of the Month!
Nicola’s expertise and commitment recently made a huge difference in the life of a gentleman she supports. She played a vital role in a complex health consultation, where her detailed record-keeping and in-depth knowledge were highly praised by medical professionals. A neurologist commended Nicola’s documentation, describing her records as “superbly completed” and recognising her outstanding understanding of neurobehavioural support.
But Nicola didn’t stop there—she also worked to secure a reassessment with a SaLT consultant, leading to a revamped support plan that has greatly improved the gentleman’s quality of life. It was her determination and passion that drove this change, ensuring he received the best possible support.
Mandalay is incredibly proud of Nicola and her constant drive to enhance the lives of the people we support. Her actions truly embody our values of Making Things Happen, Valuing Everyone, and Being Brave.
