Ewelina has transformed Vallance Gardens into a welcoming, family-oriented home, where people we support, and their loved ones feel valued and included. She has introduced regular family events, from festive gatherings to summer BBQs, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to spend special moments together. One family member recently shared how much they appreciate these changes, saying it has made a huge difference to their loved one’s life.
Beyond events, Ewelina’s leadership extends to every part of the home. She knows every team member’s birthday and their families’ names, making everyone feel valued and appreciated. She has also launched a monthly newsletter, which families eagerly look forward to, keeping them informed and connected.
Her compassion doesn’t go unnoticed. One family member recalled how Ewelina stayed late one evening to support them when they had concerns about their son’s wellbeing. This dedication to always being there for families and team members alike is what makes Ewelina such a special leader.
Under her leadership, families have noticed a happier, more engaged team, which in turn has led to better support for people who call Vallance Gardens home. As one family member put it:
