This strategic acquisition is a strong geographical fit with the existing Achieve together portfolio further strengthening local support options for autistic people whilst welcoming the adult residential service teams from Outcomes First Group to a dedicated adult social care provider.

Outcomes First Group has built a strong reputation for supporting people with complex social, communication and sensory difficulties and behaviours which may challenge. All its residential care homes are rated Compliant, Good, or Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW), highlighting its commitment to excellence.
