What we offer

This is a warm and homely detached property with five bedrooms, all with en-suites and spread over two floors. There is a disabled access room including a wet room, a large communal lounge ideal for socialising, spacious gardens, and a dining room and kitchen area. The home is designed to enable people to develop independent living skills whilst being supported by team members.

The home is conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from the town centre. This handy location means people can easily visit local facilities, shops and takeaways. There are also good transport links to Reading and Bracknell.

Support groups and local education/employment opportunities:

Smart: a drug and alcohol addiction treatment centre in Wokingham, not far from the home, which is a free and confidential programme for local people.
Graft: a company that the home works closely with to help people gain access to courses on interview techniques and gaining voluntary or paid work.

Everyone is given the support they need to enjoy daily activities that increase both confidence and independence. People are encouraged to develop their social and organisational skills.
