This specialist-supported living home aims to develop person-centred plans and individualised health action plans that promote increased choice, control and independence.

What we offer

The home has six rooms, including a studio flat and a ground-floor flat. There are also communal spaces such as the living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

People also relax in the large garden, which becomes the hub of social activity in the summer months.

The home is situated in a vibrant area close to all community facilities such as shops, restaurants, pubs and the community centre.

Lifestyle

People living here are independent and prefer to engage in activities as individuals but do enjoy coming together occasionally for group activities. Everybody living here is friendly and approachable. The communal lounge and garden are hot spots for people to come together and socialise.

This a busy home which can get lively, but other times are quieter and calm depending on what is happening that day.

People are supported to take part in a range of activities in order to boost independence and confidence levels. People can participate in learning domestic skills such as cooking, meal preparation and cleaning the house.

Additionally, there are a variety of leisure activities that people can take part in, such as swimming, bowling, day trips to London, cinema trips and walks in the park.
