What we offer

This home is semi-detached and comprises of nine flats with their own en-suite bathrooms and kitchenettes. Two of the flats are located on the ground floor, and so are suitable for people with mobility needs. There is also ramped access to the front and rear of the property.

Flats are decorated to a high standard and can be personalised to suit individual tastes.

On the ground floor, there are communal areas for people to socialise, including a communal lounge with a pool table and dining area.

Additionally, there is a substantial patio and garden at the front and rear of the home, which becomes the hub of social activity in the summer months.

Lifestyle

There are a lot of activities for people to get involved with. Maidstone is only a ten-minute bus journey away, so people can easily go into the town centre and visit shops, restaurants, the cinema and day centres. People also get involved with gardening, swimming, arts and crafts and learning independence skills such as cooking.
